In the context of the Agave Heritage Festival 2026, we conducted a tasting experience at Barcoa Agavería, a space dedicated to the appreciation of agave spirits and their culture.
During this session, we presented a selection of our labels, guided by our founding partner Bildo Saravia, who shared with attendees the history, origin, and artisanal processes that define each of our spirits.
The experience was complemented by a carefully chosen pairing, designed to highlight the sensory qualities of each label and offer a deeper and more balanced tasting.
This combination allowed attendees to explore new ways of appreciating mezcal, understanding the relationship between flavor, texture, and tradition.
Through this gathering, we not only shared our products but also our vision and commitment to preserving mezcal culture, creating a space for authentic connection with those who value the origin and quality of each spirit.
