At La Finca restaurant, we hosted a very special mezcal tasting, as part of the First National Congress of Architecture 2026 of the Autonomous University of Durango. Architects and authorities gathered in an environment designed for sharing, learning, and enjoyment.
During the experience, attendees explored different Mezcal Origen Raíz labels, discovering their profiles, processes, and particularities, while fostering an enriching dialogue between creative and sensory perspectives.
It was a highly participatory gathering, where curiosity and the exchange of ideas were present at every moment. The group's energy, combined with the essence of mezcal, led to a dynamic and memorable experience.
For us, being part of these types of spaces represents an opportunity to connect with creative communities and continue positioning mezcal as a cultural element that inspires, unites, and transforms every encounter into something significant.
