On June 19, 2023, the training of our collaborators at the “Cara de Vaca” restaurant, located in the city of San Pedro, Nuevo León, took place. The training took place at “Rancho El Ojo”, where the Cara de Vaca team was received. During the training, our collaborators observed the livestock activities carried out on the ranch, as well as our environmental preservation initiatives and the distillation process of our mezcal. In addition, a tasting of all our expressions was carried out with the aim that the restaurant team can convey to diners our message about caring for the land, respect, traditions and, most importantly, cultivating the palate to appreciate the mezcal.
